Heres how to make a call to globe easy as 123 on your dial pad dial 211 then press call, you will be forwarded to a automated call which will assist you to your concern like to make a call with their representative.

I have called them earlier this morning after my internet data dropped down to 0kb from 1GB without a extreme or massive used. This is from a promo called GOTSCOMBO70 which gives you 1GB of consumable internet and 1000 txt to globe and tm for 7 days.

I registered mine last 26 of October and should expired on 3 of december but for some system issue my available mb dropped to 0kb after of 2 days im using it. Then i tried to register again because im waiting for important message online. The 2nd time was not good to me because the system didnt let me to register again and all i received was "sorry hindi na proseso ang iyong request" (sorry your request cannot be processed) so i registered to other promo like Gosurf50 with 350mb good for 3 days as i really needed to get connected to the Internet. But sadly the 2nd subscription did the same after 5 hours it dropped too to 0kb and didnt let me to connect online.

So heres what i did i called 211 and the automated call suggested me to wait for estimated of 25 minutes. So after more than 10 minutes a representative named katrina mae assisted me.

If you are trying to do the same or you have the same problem like mine just tell the representative all your concerns about their services like what i did.

So after i told katrina she checked the system to find my subscriptions and she found out that i really didint able to consume my mb based internet properly so she suggested me to wait for 24 hours or less to send me a refund of P100 as i already consumed my 2 days so less P20. Which is absolutely ok since i used it.

So if you are like me looking a way to get out through this issue with globe, all you have to do is to call their representative and tell your concern.

Dial 211 then press call.
