Do you eat clams?
Clams is only one of huge number of seafoods available all over the world that taste never failed to satisfy me. Today in the morning i didnt know why when i heard someone who selling clams made me to go out and came forward to her and bought some clams, although they are around 2 to 4 kilos for $0.80 here in ph.
I dont know if in any other countries this seafood is popular the same how popuplar this in here, its very easy to get them around seashores that is why its not too expensive though.
Clams soup is my favorite dish even when i eat it with rice this never failed to make me find to eat more. Like what i did to my bought clams today i made sure that the clams are cleaned before cooking well its not hard to do that i just soaked them in fresh water for almost 5 hours before cooking to let them expel the sand inside them. Then when ready i cooked them. Very good dish i would love to keep eating this.
